Happy Father's Day!

Today was a special day because it was Daddy's first Father's Day with me. First, Mommy got all these black and white photos framed of just daddy and me and we wrote him a nice card together. She wrapped it up so he would see it first thing in the morning when he feeds me.

Then, since Mommy knows Daddy's true love (besides me of course and mommy) is food, she surprised him with a nice brunch at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay. Since Daddy is also a fancy pants, she knew he'd be tickled pink at where we were heading (and so he was).

It was a beautiful day, light clouds and sunny, with a slight breeze. The brunch buffet was out of this world, but the most amazing part of it was the dessert buffet (see all the pictures below). Mommy and Daddy couldn't believe it they thought they hit the jackpot. Both of them have sweet tooths. Me, I don't have any teeth yet, so I didn't get to sample any dessert.

After brunch, we took some pictures in the gorgeous outdoor setting by the ocean and then headed home where Daddy spent extra time with me teaching me how to walk and carrying me on his head. Daddy, you're the best!
