A few weekends ago, we had a mini vacation to Sonoma and stayed in a charming little cottage overlooking the hills and vineyards. The reason for our trip was to attend Mama and Dada's really good friends Kirk and Ei-Lun's wedding at the Cornerstone Gardens. This was a big occasion for everyone since Dada was a groomsmen and Mama was a reader at the reception.
I had so much fun over the 3 days, playing with rocks on the ground, exploring the beautiful gardens, eating fresh seasonal California cuisine, staying up later than I've ever stayed up at the reception dancing to a live jazz band, and eating lots of desserts like chocolate pot of creme and sorbets.
