Golden Gate Park and Stow Lake

Another fun Saturday passed, this time a picnic with my friends Maddie and Bella at Golden Gate Park and Stow Lake! It was my first time at this majestic landmark San Francisco park. We had all the fixings of a grand picnic, egg and chicken salad sandwiches, lots of fun salads like Asian Noodle and Macaroni, fresh beets, berries, and fruits, and healthy snacks like hummus and dip. We set out a large blanket on a grassy knoll and ate to our hearts content. Then played with my fave bubble set that Mama brought from home for the occasion. Bella blew these gigantic bubbles and Maddie and I looked up in awe trying to catch them all. After lunch, Bella and her mommy went paddling in the nearby lake. I was too young but watched them and the ducks and turtles swimming by. I hope one day I can go back and go paddling. It seemed like so much fun (and according to Auntie Cindy, a great leg workout to boot!)
