Today was a special day for Mommy because Teacake Bake Shop's Lafayette store turned 1 year old and they had a big celebration! The store gave out free mini cookies and cupcakes, there was a drawing for a $25 gift card, beautiful flowers, balloons, and last but not least a big red velvet cupcake "cake" with a special fondant flower on top.
Not only that, I had a made a special playdate at the celebration to meet a new friend, baby Gianna, who is Teacake Lafayette's manager's cousin's daughter whom I met over Twitter (yes, babies tweet, who knew?!)
